Terms and Conditions
Services: Evolve27 agrees to provide photography/videography services as outlined in the agreement between Evolve27 and the client.
Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure Evolve27’s services, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the shoot starts (48 hours if a studio booking). If payment is not received on time, the booking will be cancelled. Additionally, bookings made within 24 hours incur an additional £30 charge. Out-of-hours bookings (outside of 9 AM – 10 PM) will incur an additional £50 charge.
Booking Conditions: Clients are required to have a confirmed location, time, and date in mind before booking with Evolve27. All bookings will incur a travel fee (varies based on location). A grace period of 15 minutes will be granted; however, a late fee of £25 will be required if this time is exceeded. Lateness beyond 30 minutes may result in the booking being cancelled or an additional £50 charge for every additional 30 minutes late. The client must confirm on the day of the shoot that everything is running on track at least 4 hours before.
Location: The client is responsible for choosing the location. If there are photography/videography restrictions in place at the venue and no suitable alternative is provided, the shoot will be cancelled with full payment still due.
Delivery: Evolve27 will deliver the final edited photographs digitally via a link within 3-5 days after the event. Videos will take 7-14 days (subject to type of booking). An expedited service is available for next-day delivery, with an additional fee of £35 for photos or £100 for videos (must be notified at least 1 day before the booking). If the client requests modifications after receiving the final product, additional editing fees may apply.
Copyright: Evolve27 retains copyright ownership of all photographs taken during the event, granting the client a personal, non-commercial use license. The client grants Evolve27 the right to use images captured during the session for promotional purposes. Clients must notify Evolve27 before booking if they do not want their images to be used, as this will incur a fee. The client may not sell or distribute the photographs for commercial purposes without Evolve27’s explicit consent.
Liability: Evolve27 is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the event. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Evolve27 from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the event. Clients should be aware that all images/footage from the event will be deleted 30 days after the booking.
Cancellation: In the event of client cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If rescheduling is desired, a new payment will be required (if less than 48 hours’ notice is given to the original booking) as it constitutes a separate booking. If the client changes the original booking details, a fee may apply, or the booking may be cancelled without a refund.
By sending the deposit, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
